The Crowned Princess of Lorule Kingdom. Hilda is a young woman who inherited the impossible task of fixing the world and saving her kingdom. Faced with the despair and hatred from her people for the mistakes of her ancestors, she became convinced it is her sacred duty to make things right. She spends every waking moments of her life working towards a solution that does not exist.
Though a loving ruler who cares for her people, the weight of her task leaves her desperate. Each day she fails to find a solution, her self-loathing and despair grow, nudging her closer and closer to taking drastic measures and plunging herself entirely into darkness. She longs for freedom and to know what a normal life is like. Yet as she puts all of her pride and self-worth into the execution of her eternal duties, she denies herself the chance at a better fate.
